Sale of commercially manufactured or outsourced articles (other than those that have been artistically altered) at this event is prohibited without special permission.  This is a family-friendly festival, please use discretion when choosing the artworks you are to exhibit.

 

Booth Information:

 

Indoor booth spaces include approximately 10’ wide x 8' tall of wall space and 10' wide x 6’ deep of floor space. All indoor booth spaces are $60; however, if you work on your art/craft at your booth, your indoor space is $40!

• Indoor booth spaces are limited (first come, first served).

• 8’ table & chair available by request (1 each per space)

• Electrical access available by request (limited availability)

• You may use the wall for hanging, but you bring tools/hardware.

 

Outdoor booth spaces can accommodate 10’ x 10’ canopies or simple table set ups. All outdoor booth spaces are $20; however, if you pledge to work on your art/craft at your booth, your outdoor space is FREE!

• Many spaces are naturally shaded, but a canopy is recommended for rain.

• You are responsible for bringing all display and set-up equipment.

• Electrical access available by request (limited availability)

 

Sales:

• All sales are processed via the MGMoA Gift Shop

• 25% commission will be charged on all sales (goes directly to fund this event)

• MasterCard and Visa are accepted.

• Artist/Exhibitor checks will be mailed no later than 2 weeks following the event.
